Fitness classes specially designed for prenatal and postnatal women.
 
Bumps, Prenatal classes: The multi discipline workouts aim to take you through the months of pregnancy and help you stay strong, healthy and positive. You are welcome to join us straight after your 12 week scan.
 
Babies, Postnatal classes: We then welcome you back with your newborn baby so you can safely bounce into a fit and happy motherhood. Mums can join after their 6-9 week GP check clearance.
 
Buggies, Out door workout: All mums pushing a buggy can join this uplifting session which has a strong element of social interaction.
 
AquaNatal, water based exercise for pregnant and postnatal women. Suitable for non-swimmers.

Personal Training, In the studio or in the comfort of your own home. work specifically to your own goals, with a personally tailored program.
 
All stages of pregnancy and all levels of fitness are welcome. Please look in the induvidual pages for further information.
