ParkPregers - Out door  Walk-Tone-Stretch sessions:
 
A fantastic way to prepare for labor, learn how to cope with your growing bump (correct posture and alignment) tone much needed mummy muscles and meet other like minded mums to be :-) 
 
Sessions are £10 and Drop-in based.

No previous experience is needed, women at all stages of pregnancy welcome!
