Buggy-Fit: Out door based sessions!

Join us at the great out doors for a fun packed hour that will get you sweating, toning and stretching.

All in a beautiful landscape and fresh air for you and y
our baby to enjoy. 

A fantastic way to regain your body, rehab core,  tone much needed mummy muscles and meet other like minded mums and babies :-) 

Sessions are £15 and Drop-in based.

No previous experience is needed, women at all stages of 'buggy pushing' are welcome!

You will need supportive trainers, a comfortable workout outfit, a towel/mat and a bottle of water.

Availability on courses may change as mums return to work and their place becomes available for new members to join.
The fee will be worked out at point of joining.
From point of joining the fee is fixed, regardless of classes attended.
Drop in clients should get in touch to check availability before attending the class to avoid  disappointment.
Last week of course is open for new members to  come to class and see what we do before enrolling to next course, write to to come along

More classes
If you have a location in mind - drop a line to
studio must be well equiped, air-conditioned and have mirrors to enable mums and mums2B the most safe and effective exercise possible.
Suitable for all mums and children in the 'Buggy age'.

You are welcome with your newborn straight after your postnatal check.
GP's are normally giving a clearance to exercise 6-8 weeks after natural birth and 8-10 weeks after caesarean if all is well.

You will need supportive trainers, a comfortable workout outfit, a towel and a bottle of water.

Tip:get the support you need!
Breastfeeding mums: Its worth while to invest in a good supportive sport nursing bra, that will serve you well throughout any exercise you engage in. Many mums find that having an additional bra on gives that extra support that is so needed while breastfeeding.
